Writing a great sales pitch takes time.
You need to know your product, understand your audience, hit the right tone and somehow still keep it short and persuasive.
Now, imagine you have to write 20 of them in a day. Nearly impossible, right?
But what if you had extra help?
In the podcast The Future of Sales AI in 2025, Alexander Turgeon and AI expert Tyler Mallet put it best:
“Historically, sales was all about playing the odds: cranking out countless emails and calls, hoping a small percentage would bite. That's changing fast. In 2025, leading sales teams know that fewer but more intelligent outreaches drive higher conversion rates. Thanks to AI and advanced analytics, sellers can now identify the exact slice of their market that’s ready to buy and engage them at the right moment.”
That’s exactly what this guide is about: using AI to write sharper, more personalized pitches that convert.
Over the past few weeks, I tested a bunch of tools that can generate high-converting sales pitches in seconds. In this article, I’m breaking down the top 10. Some will help you draft the perfect pitch, while others go even further by assisting with ideation, presentation and delivery too.
I’ll show you the exact prompts I used, share screenshots of what each tool produced, explore other AI features (if any) offered by each one and round it all up with honest reviews.
Let’s get started.
To make this guide genuinely useful, I spent time testing each tool. Here’s how I did it:
The goal was simple: find tools that aren’t just impressive on paper, but can help you pitch smarter and sell better.
If you’re short on time, here’s a snapshot of the 10 best AI sales generators:

Let’s nowdiscuss each tool in detail:
Visme is my go-to for several reasons. I love the data visualizations. I love the accuracy of the AI. I love the template and asset libraries. Honestly, there’s so much to love here.
I’ve found myself using Visme’s AI Writer way more than I expected (and I already have ChatGPT and Claude subscriptions). Why?
Because it’s built right in, ready, inside the platform while I’m working. No tab-switching. No copy-pasting prompts somewhere else.
I usually use the AI Writer for sales pitch decks for clients and monthly reports. But this time, I wanted to see how it would perform with a direct sales pitch prompt.
Here’s what I entered:
Write a persuasive B2B sales pitch for Cloud.io (a cloud-based project management tool aimed at small to medium-sized creative agencies). Highlight efficiency, collaboration and ROI.
Here’s the result:
If someone told me a professional copywriter charged $250 for it, I’d believe them. It ticked every box: speaks to a problem, highlights the benefits and closes with a clear CTA.
I’m a fan.
Another thing I like is that Visme AI lets you play with text length and tone depending on your audience and format. If it’s an elevator pitch, keep it short. If it’s for a visual pitch deck, go with the medium or longer version to give more detail.
Speaking of visuals, if you’re sending your sales pitch to a client online, Visme has, hands down, one of the best AI presentation makers out there.
You can enter a prompt mentioning your use case, and the AI will generate a unique deck for you. There are also thousands of pre-designed presentation templates to choose from, all customizable in the drag-and-drop editor.
So, it doesn’t matter if you’re entirely new to this or you're a seasoned designer, creating a deck is super easy.
Check out this one-pager template I tweaked to create a client-ready visual sales pitch:
This took me literally under 5 minutes to prepare. Then you can refine your pitch decks by adding animations and interactivity to objects, inserting data widgets, dropping in 3D characters, adding lead forms and more.
Plus, if you want your pitch deck or sales one-pager to truly stand out, you can even upload or record a video in real time to go along with it.
But that’s not all; Visme also offers several AI features that you can use to considerably improve your workflow.
Here’s a quick list:
All these tools live inside the AI Hub, neatly tucked into the bottom left-hand corner of the Visme editor.
And if you want to take your sales workflow a step further, Visme also integrates with Salesforce. That means you can connect your pitch decks, sales one-pagers and other visuals directly with your CRM to track engagement and keep everything tied to your customer data.
On top of all this, Visme’s collaboration and workflow features, advanced analytics, dynamic fields and multiple share and publish options make it one of the most well-rounded tools for sales teams.
All in all, if you want either a strong, AI-generated text pitch or a beautifully designed, interactive sales deck, Visme lets you do it all without juggling multiple tools.
Visme offers a free basic plan. To access more advanced features, you can upgrade to the paid plans:
Venngage is one of the few tools on this list with a dedicated AI Sales Pitch Generator, and it’s refreshingly easy to use.
Once you’re on the page, you just answer two simple questions:
1. What is your product or service? Cloud-based project management tool.
2. Who are you selling to? Creative agency owners and project managers who want to improve collaboration, track progress in real time, and deliver projects faster while staying on budget.
Within a couple of minutes, Venngage gave me four different pitch variations, each with a slightly different angle.
It also listed four common reasons why my target audience might hesitate to buy, which is a nice touch for shaping objections in your pitch.
Here’s the thing, though: while I liked the quick turnaround, my major concerns were that the pitches were all pretty short and you can’t edit anything. So, if I’m judging just this standalone generator, it leaves a bit to be desired.
But once you step into the full Venngage editor to create a visual pitch, things improve dramatically.
Just like Visme, Venngage offers a robust mix of templates, asset libraries, charts, maps and a drag-and-drop builder.
I picked a sales proposal template, and used the AI writer inside the editor to write the pitch.
This felt way more intuitive. You can highlight any text box you want to edit or rewrite, enter your prompt and let AI do its thing. Here, you can actually control text length, tone and grammar, and the results are much stronger.
For online pitches, I love that you can combine visuals, data and on-brand design to leave a stronger impression. And when your team is collaborating in real-time inside Venngage, you end up with something more polished.
Other Venngage AI features I’ve tried and like are:
My verdict is that if you’re going to use Venngage for sales pitch generation, I’d skip the standalone pitch generator and head straight into the editor with AI Assist. It’s more powerful, more flexible and gives you better results.
And if you’re choosing between Visme vs. Venngage? Personally, I lean toward Visme for the extra AI lead generation tools and the ability to record video pitches right inside the platform.
But honestly, it’s hard to go wrong with either one.
Venngage offers a generous free plan, so you can try out most of their features for free before committing to a paid subscription. Venngage pricing plans are as follows:
Prezi has always been the “wow” tool in presentations; the one you use when you want to break out of the standard slide-by-slide format.
While Prezi doesn’t have a dedicated AI sales pitch generator, its AI Presentation Maker can still design a complete visual pitch for you. I tested it with the same Cloud.io prompt I used for other tools, and Prezi AI generated a full pitch deck.
It opened with what you could call a pitch, or more accurately, an overview. Then included:
The zoom-style visuals are definitely an acquired taste. I personally like them.
But content- and layout-wise, the deck didn’t feel like a true sales pitch. For example, the AI-generated copy didn’t include a call-to-action (kind of a big miss for sales), and AI-based text editing is limited.
If you want to tweak an already written text box, your only AI options are:
In short, you can’t give specific instructions.
If you’re fine with these limitations, Prezi can still be a solid option. You get access to its template library, animation and transition effects and a collaborative workspace so teams can work on the same pitch.
Also, one feature I really like is that while Prezi doesn’t let you record a video directly inside your slides (you can upload or embed one), it lets you record your entire presentation as a video.
You can either narrate over the slides or appear alongside your content.
This is perfect for online pitches or sending a pre-recorded walkthrough to a prospect.
Other Prezi AI features worth noting are:
Overall, if you want a pitch that looks different and benefits from AI’s help with structure and design, Prezi’s a good pick. Just keep in mind that you might need to write your own sales copy or use an external AI tool to generate the actual pitch for you.
Prezi offers multiple plans depending on whether you’re an individual, business, student or educator.
Here’s a quick snapshot of the current pricing:
Prezi also offers plans for students and educators that start at $4/month.
Piktochart is one of the top tools for creating infographics and reports, thanks to its wide variety of data visualization options and how easy it is to use.
But their AI Design Generator also makes it possible to create pitch decks for your product or service without starting from scratch.
It’s important to note that Piktochart doesn’t offer a dedicated AI Sales Pitch Generator. What it does offer is a fast way to turn your pitch idea into a visual, branded presentation.
I tested it with the same prompt I’ve been using for every tool in this article, and here’s what Piktochart created:
Visually, it looked great; clean layouts, nice color harmony and a logical flow. But content-wise, it left a lot to be desired.
The AI-generated pitch deck had the right sections (intro, benefits, features, summary), but the copy itself was underwhelming.
And probably the worst bit is that I couldn’t edit the copy with AI.
Everything had to be changed manually, which is where tools like Visme and Venngage have a big advantage.
It’s fair to say Piktochart isn’t trying to be your sales copywriter; it’s giving you the visual backbone you can layer your pitch onto.
Just like with Prezi, if you’re okay writing your pitch elsewhere and then plugging it into a visually polished deck, Piktochart is a good choice. And it’s worth noting it comes with advanced data visualization tools, pre-made design components, asset libraries, maps and other elements that can take your pitch from flat to impressive.
Aside from the AI Design Generator, here are other Piktochart AI features I found useful:
So, Visme vs. Piktochart—which one’s better for AI sales pitch generation?
If you want something that will write your sales pitch, Visme is still the stronger choice. It has a wider variety of AI features, lets you edit text directly with AI and is one of the best AI tools that creates PowerPoint slides. This means you get the content and the visuals in one place.
But if your priority is to make a pitch deck that looks like a designer made it, and you’re happy to bring your own copy, Piktochart can absolutely deliver.
Piktochart offers multiple pricing tracks, so you’re almost guaranteed to find something that fits your needs.
For individuals and businesses, you get:
They’ve also got discounted plans for other groups:
Canva is probably the most well-known tool on this list. And while it doesn’t have a dedicated AI sales pitch generator like some other Canva alternatives here, it’s still more than capable of creating anything from a short elevator pitch to a longer, more detailed pitch you’d send online, thanks to its built-in AI writer.
To test it, I entered the same Cloud.io prompt I’ve used for the rest of this article. The first result was a page-long response covering different aspects of the product.
Good start, but I wanted something tighter. So I asked Canva to shorten it.
Better, but still not quite there. Then I told it to “consider it an elevator pitch.”
Voila! Short, to the point and persuasive. Much like what I’d get from Visme’s AI Writer.
But that’s just one side of it. Canva can also take this short pitch and turn it into something more detailed and visually stunning. You can either generate an AI-powered pitch deck or start from a template and tweak it with AI.
I had Canva design a presentation from scratch with this prompt:
“Create a pitch deck for Cloud.io (a cloud-based project management tool aimed at small to medium-sized creative agencies). Highlight efficiency, collaboration, and ROI. Also, write a persuasive B2B sales pitch at the beginning of the presentation.”
Within a couple of minutes, Canva created this:
The visuals were on point. I loved the colors, icons, shapes and images. The copy, though, was short and a bit aimless. But nothing that can’t be fixed with a few AI writer tweaks.
Other Canva AI features I’ve tried and liked are:
So, Visme or Canva — which one’s better for AI sales pitch generation?
Both are great options. Visme is great for business-first designs, sales-focused use cases and comes loaded with AI marketing tools. Canva, on the other hand, is a solid choice if you want a more general design platform with strong visual capabilities. The best pick depends on the style and workflow you’re aiming for.

My go to use case for ChatGPT is research and idea generation. Coincidentally, that’s exactly where great sales pitches start.
Sure, it doesn’t have the built-in templates or design features the visual-first tools do, but it does give you endless flexibility. Feed it as much context as you like, product details, target audience, tone and even competitor positioning, and it’ll write copy that feels tailored.
I ran the same Cloud.io prompt I’ve been using across the other tools. Here’s what it wrote:
This is pretty long, and very methodical—perfect for slotting into a detailed pitch deck. But we can do better. Then I asked it to:
“Write in a more persuasive tone. Condense it into an elevator pitch. Give me three versions with different hooks.”
And just like that, I had three sharp, distinct options
You can easily slot these into your emails, use them in-person pitches or create complete pitch decks based on these hooks.
Let's say you pick the client-valuehook. You can ask ChatGPT to “write a 7-page pitch deck for Cloud.io, focusing on the client-value hook” and refine headings and copy as you go.
The beauty of ChatGPT is how iterative it is. You can say “make this more benefits-focused,” “add urgency” or “rewrite for a CFO,” and it adapts instantly. You can even feed it your past winning pitches and have it mimic the tone and structure.
Other ChatGPT AI features I’ve found useful:
The bottom line is that if you want an AI that can act as your brainstorming partner, refine copy endlessly and feed you unique, persona-specific angles, ChatGPT is hard to beat. Pair it with a visual design tool like Visme or Canva and you’ve got the full package.
You can use ChatGPT for free. The paid plans are as follows:
Typli.ai is an AI writing platform with 185+ tools, from essay and speech writers to email and article generators. Essentially, it’s one AI writer split into neatly labeled tasks.
I tested its dedicated AI Sales Pitch Generator with the same Cloud.io prompt I’ve used for other tools, and here’s what it produced:
This first draft was a page-long email highlighting my three focus points: efficiency, collaboration and ROI. While the structure was fine, the content felt robotic and lacked personality.
Typli.ai lets you refine your content, so I asked it to:
“Shorten the pitch & make it more human, as if you were delivering it face-to-face.”
Better, but still stuck in the email format (doesn’t matter, I can cut that part out myself).
I wanted the pitch even shorter. One more push.
Now this is what I’m talking about. Concise, communicative and with placeholder stats I can swap in to make it more impactful. Solid.
Apart from its 185+ writing tools, Typli.ai also comes with an AI image generator you can use to create visuals for your pitch or supporting materials.
Overall, if you want a simple, task-specific AI writer that can churn out pitches in minutes, Typli.ai gets the job done. But like most AI, you’ll still need to add your own personality, thought and soul. AI is great for a head start, but it’s not a substitute for real thinking.
You can get started with Typli for free. For more credits, you’ll need to subscribe to one of their paid plans:
Next up on my list of top 10 AI sales pitch generators is Writecream.
It has a dedicated AI Sales Pitch Generator that’s easy to use. You can pick the language you want your pitch in and, under “Advanced,” choose your writing style—friendly, formal, casual, confident, persuasive, direct, etc. (just like Visme).
I went with persuasive, didn’t set a word count and ran the Cloud.io prompt.
This was… long. And a bit of a slog to read because there’s no structure. It touches on my three focus points, but the copy itself was bland and repetitive.
So I told the tool to keep it short.
Much better.
Apart from 40+ other AI writing tools (blog intros, cold emails and ad copy), Writecream also offers:
Overall, Writecream is a nice “quick start” tool if you just need something to get the ball rolling. And the fact that it works in 75+ languages means you can pitch to almost anyone, anywhere.
You can get started with Writecream for free. To get unlimited credits, you’ll need to subscribe to their paid plan:
Easy-Peasy.AI is an all-in-one AI platform that can handle just about anything — blog posts, SEO descriptions, transcription, AI-generated photos and videos, and more. But it makes this list because it also has a dedicated AI Sales Pitch Generator.
To create a pitch, you fill in a few quick fields:
Product or Service Name: Cloud.io — cloud-based project management tool
Target Audience: Small to medium-sized creative agencies
Key Benefits: Boosts efficiency, improves team collaboration, increases ROI
Unique Selling Proposition: Streamlines workflows by combining task management, file sharing, and client communication in one platform
Tone: Persuasive
I ran those inputs through the generator, and here’s what it produced:
The copy was excellent; detailed, on point and it hit my three main benefits. But it’s clearly not built for elevator pitches or quick one-liners. It would work better dropped into an email or pitch deck.
One downside, however, is that you can’t edit the output in-app, so you’re stuck with what you get.
I gave it another go, this time choosing a creative tone and asking for a shorter pitch.
Still pretty long, but more creative. Not sure why it threw in emojis, though. Anyway, moving on.
Easy-Peasy.AI also lets you pick from 35+ languages and choose how many pitch variations you want at once. Beyond sales pitches, Easy-Peasy.AI comes stacked with plenty of AI tools, including:
So if you're looking for a platform that can write your pitch, design your slides, create visuals, and even make an AI bot to deliver it, Easy-Peasy.AI is a solid pick.

As the name suggests, WriterBuddy is a writing-focused AI tool designed to help you research, write, edit and cite. It comes with 40+ tools covering everything from paraphrasing to plagiarism checks.
They also offer a dedicated Elevator Pitch Generator that’s pretty straightforward to use. Just enter your prompt and you’ll get a response. Simple.
I tested it with the Cloud.io prompt, and it generated three versions of the pitch. This was my favorite:
I like the tone. It’s relatively short, highlights the three main benefits and even includes a CTA.
Next, I asked it to be more creative and to consider adding placeholder stats to show how well the tool has been performing for other clients.
Even though the pitch isn’t short, it came back much better and natural. This particular version was my favourite.
However, like some of the other tools on this list, you can’t pick a response and improve on it directly. There’s no editing or refinement inside the generator.
If you like what you get, you copy and use it. If you don’t, you start from scratch. That means you need to be a strong prompter to consistently get great results—not unique to WriterBuddy, but worth noting.
Other WriterBuddy AI tools include:
Overall, WriterBuddy is a no-frills but well-rounded platform that gets the job done if you’re willing to put in the prompt work.

AI isn’t just limited to sales pitches or presentation makers or image generation, it’s basically a super-powerful, super-versatile assistant that can do almost any task you ask of it. There’s a reason more and more are hopping on it.
McKinsey partners Lareina Yee, Richelle Deveau and Steve Reis say:
“Because of gen AI’s great promise, companies at all stages of technological development have been exploring its implications for their businesses. Those in B2B sales are reporting strong business outcomes and real impact from their initial gen AI builds, and they have told us that they’re eager to do more. At this point, it appears that the widescale adoption of gen AI isn’t just probable but inevitable.”
So, if you’re in sales, that’s your green light to operationalize AI across the workflow, from pitch writing to delivery and follow-up.
An AI sales pitch generator is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to create persuasive, tailored sales pitches based on your product details, audience and tone preferences.
For sales-first content and visual storytelling, Visme is one of the best options out there. It’s a complete sales enablement platform that you can use to create branded proposals, pitch decks, one-pagers and more using AI-powered templates, analytics and collaboration tools.
Yes. AI can absolutely write a sales pitch for you. But heads up—it can’t feel. That means it won’t naturally capture human expressions, emotions or the subtle understanding of your audience’s problems. You’ll still need to add that layer of empathy and personality to make it truly resonate.
AI writers, and specifically AI sales pitch generators, can help you save hours by giving you unique hooks and angles to work with.
But in the end, the success or failure of your sales pitch depends on how much you customize it to your ICP’s real problems. At the core, it should present a clear solution they can’t ignore.
Among the 10 AI sales pitch generators we explored, Visme stands out as one of the strongest options. You can use its AI text generator to draft compelling copy and then bring it to life by adding that copy to your sales pitch presentation templates.
You’re covered from ideation to delivery—all in one platform. So, if you’re in sales, that’s your green light to operationalize AI across the workflow, from pitch writing to delivery and follow-up.
